Role& Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of machine learning engineersproviding guidance mentorship and technical expertise.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models andalgorithms for NLP CV LLM Gen AI Deep Learning and Neural Networksapplications.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to understand requirements and translate them into scalableML solutions.
  • Design and optimize models forperformance scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee the deployment of ML models into productionenvironments ensuring robustness and reliability.
  • Utilize Docker for containerization and MLOPS formanaging ML workflows.
  • Work with both CPU andGPU architectures for efficient computation.
  • Employ optimization techniques to enhance modelperformance and speed.
  • Demonstrate expertisein Large Language Models (LLM) and proficiently handledatabases.
  • Develop RESTful APIs using FASTAPIfor model deployment and integration.
  • Stayabreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and AI andcontribute to the continuous improvement of our technologystack.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programminglanguage.
  • Extensive experience with Docker andMLOPS practices.
  • Experience in leading theteam.
  • Handson experience with cloud platformssuch as AWS Azure and GCP as well as onpremisesenvironments.
  • Strong understanding of CPU andGPU architectures.
  • Previous experiencedeploying ML models into production environments.
  • Familiarity with optimization techniques for MLmodels.
  • Expertise in Large Language Models(LLM) and proficient database management skills.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs withFASTAPI.
  • Knowledge of Generative AdversarialNetworks (GANs) Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and NeuralNetworks (NN) for deep learning applications.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working with big data platforms(Spark Hadoop etc.).
  • Experience with cloudplatforms (AWS GCP Azure etc.).
  • Experiencewith A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
