We arelooking for an Digital Marketing Manager in our Digital Marketingteam to manage develop implement track and optimize our digitalmarketing campaigns across all digital channels.

This rolerequires the manager to lead a team of over 25 marketingprofessionals and hence someone who has prior experience in leadingteams of at least 20 executives will be required.

Thisperson will be directly reporting to the management of theorganization.
Workexperience with Ed tech/Education clients/brands is mandatory.

Responsibilities andDuties:

  • Planningbudgeting forecasting the lead requirements basis business targetswithmanagement.
  • Planand monitor digital marketing strategies across SEO SEM SocialMedia Email SMS and 3rd PartyChannels
  • Mentorteams to maintain our digital marketingpresence
  • Measureand report performance of all digital marketing campaigns andassess against goals (ROI andKPIs)
  • Identifytrends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on theinsights.
  • Brainstormnew and creative growthstrategies
  • Havea solid understanding of conversion rates across variouschannels
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience.
  • Utilizestrong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experienceacross multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaboratewith agencies and other vendorpartners
  • Developlead generation campaigns objectives goals metrics and define bestpractices standards and processes to drive successful customeracquisition
  • Communicatecoordinate and educate the sales team on plans and outcomes forbetter targetallotment
  • Tracklead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following upon marketing leads ontime.
  • Leada team of 25 digital marketingprofessionals


RequirementsExperienceandQualifications:
  • Provenworking experience in digital marketing Search andSocial
  • Pastrelevant experience of working in education or edtech
  • Experiencein managing a team of more than 10 people or multipleagencies
  • Strongunderstanding of conversion rates across various channels inEdTech
  • Highlycreative with experience in identifying target audiences anddevising digital campaigns that engage inform andmotivate
  • Experiencein optimizing landing pages and userfunnels
  • Solidknowledge of website analyticstools
  • Experiencein setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook Adcampaigns
  • Basicknowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript from a UI/ UXperspective
  • Stronganalytical skills and datadriventhinking
  • Uptodatewith the latest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurement
