Urgent requirement for the role of EXIM/Logistic department for Sr. Manager/ AGM position with our company Vacmet India ltd. 300-500 containers/units in a per Month (Import/Export) Please find below mentioned JD for the Position of EXIM AGM Level. This position would be based at our Corporate Office – Agra. Please go through the below mentioned Job Description –Ø Shipping lines interaction experienced.Ø Experience- 15-18yrsØ Location Agra only.
1 - The qualification of the candidate should have PG Degree / Diploma / PGDM / MBA in Supply Chain Management.2 - The candidate must have 15+ Years’ working experience with large scale of Industries which are compulsorily in EXOPT / IMPORT. 3 - He should be adept in preparation of pre-Export and Post-Export documentation. 4 - The candidates should have excellent Liaoning skills with government official as DGFT.5 - He will be responsible for handing team of Supply Chain and Marketing.6 - He should be expertise for discounting of Export Documents from banks.7 - He should be able to handle the the Payment Follow-up with Overseas Customers.8 - He must have sound understanding of submission of Export Documents in Excise / Customs.
Accountability.- Checking NN Documents of each shipment, following up with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies for release of B/L and managing the supply chain of Export / Import orders.Ø Documentation for Third Country Export, High Sea Sale Shipments and clearance from customs on merit or with exemption against project importØ Effective Negotiation and cost down approach to meet the desired cost targets to undertake localization of imported itemsØ Exposure of Foreign Trade PolicyØ Liaison with DGFT & CLA for issuance and redemption of Advance Authorization & EPCG LicenseØ timely sailing, maintaining / updating shipment tracker.Ø Analysis of product costing, landing price and finalizing of MOP & MRP of import productsØ Correspondence with bank for remittances, payments, buyer’s credit, receivables of export orders.
