• Be proactive in handling inboundcalls and provide quick responses

• Act as an assistant manager and lead theteam (for Assistant Managerlevel)

CandidateQualifications:

• For Supervisorlevel: 35 years of relevant experience
• ForAssistant Manager level: 5 years of relevantexperience

RequiredSkills:

• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of thehotel industry and costing
• Negotiation andpersuasion abilities
• Proactive attitude andability to handle high call volumes
• Leadershipand team management skills (for Assistant Managerlevel)
