Job Description
This position is responsible forcontinuously improving Toyota Material Handling North Americasenterprisewide security programs governance risk management andcompliance capabilities. The role will position security governanceand capabilities as a business enabler and strategic differentiatorto TMHNA business unit operations equity dealers and independentdealers.
The ideal candidate will act as atrusted advisor empowering team members to make riskawaredecisions; a strategic enabler enhancing the value TMHNA deliversto our customers; and a vigilant guardian protecting TMHNAsassociates and critical digital assets.
KeyResponsibilities
Kaizen(continuously improve) security program maturity and governance forTMHNA business unit and equity dealers
Collaborate withTMHNA business units to ensure compliance and risk managementstrategies integrate into overall business operations.
Advocate and liaison with independent dealers for security maturitygovernance and technical capabilities
Liaison withinternal and external auditors to maintain and implement controlsfor compliance and privacy.
Lead TMHNA enterprisewide(including independent dealers) cybersecurity risk assessments andimplement mitigation strategies.
Maintain strongoversight of third parties vendors and business partners tosafeguard against undue risk presented by externalentities.
Monitor current and proposed security changesimpacting regulatory privacy and security industry best practiceguidance.
Define metrics to assess the security programssuccess and provide regular reports to security and businessleadership.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science information assurancecybersecurity or related field or equivalent industryexperience.At least 5 years experience in cybersecurityas a practitioner and at least 3 years of exposure to varioussecurity frameworks.
Experience with OT/IoTCybersecurity is a bonus.
CISSP or CISM (required);CRISC or additional security certifications are a certification aplus.
Strong business acumen and security technologyskills for wellrounded proficiency and proven ability to align withsecurity practices and compliance responsibilities.
Experience and understanding of various regulatory requirements andlaws including but not limited to PCI SOX CCPA GDPR andGLBA.
Experience in one or more: ISO 27001/2 ITIL orNIST.
Exceptional written and verbal communicationskills and proven ability to translate security and risk to alllevels of the business.
Capacity to understand legacyprogressive technology security controls and respective risks.Knowledge of cloud computing DevOps and application security isrequired.
Uptodate understanding of a wide range ofincident response system configuration vulnerability management andhardening guidelines.
Track record of acting withintegrity taking pride in work seeking to excel being curious andadaptable and communicating effectively.
