Role&Responsibilities:
  • Developand enhance test automation scripts tools and frameworks using JavaTestNG and Appium for Android/iOSapplications.
  • Execute automated test plans andregression tests for mobile applications ensuring comprehensivetest coverage.
  • Define testing strategies andscope for user stories and technical developmenttasks.
  • Provide accurate estimates on testingefforts to Product and Engineeringteams.
  • Maintain and improve test coverage andthe ratio of automated tests.
  • Advocate forAutomated Testing and CI/CD methodology reviewing and advising ontesting methods and best practices.
  • Identifyinvestigate report and track defects throughout the softwaredevelopment lifecycle.
  • Deliver highqualityfeatures and infrastructure to production in a timelymanner.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated onnew tools technologies and testingdisciplines.
  • Work under minimal supervisiondemonstrating adaptability to new technologies andmethodologies.
  • Collaborate effectively acrossmultiple teams to ensure alignment on testing goals andstrategies.
  • Communicate concerns and statusupdates with the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) manager in atimelymanner.

IdealCandidate:
  • Bachelor sdegree in computer science or a related field or equivalent workexperience.
  • Proven track record of improvingquality in software developmentprojects.
  • Strong experience in test automationwith expertise in iOS/Android apptesting.
  • Proficiency in TestNG Java Appium andXCUITest with strong programming skills inJava.
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver andXCode instruments.
  • Familiarity withBrowserStack or similar platforms for appautomation.
  • Expertise in software QAmethodologies tools and processes.
  • Experiencein test design test automation frameworks and scriptingtests.
  • Knowledge of MongoDB and proficiency inGit DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity withdata warehouses data lakes and ETL pipelines (AWS Athena RedshiftSpectrum Postgres SQL etc.) is aplus.
  • Experience in API automation testingusing JEST Mocha REST Assured or similar frameworks isdesirable.
  • Excellent communication skills bothoral and written.
  • Experience with Scrummethodologies and remote teams isadvantageous.

Note:Ecommerce/Product based companies arepreferred.
