The Role

In this position you will manage the execution of mid-size projects in SCADA and provide administrative support to the Project Delivery, Project Engineering, and Customer Support teams while ensuring adherence to the processes.

Your Impact

Managing mid-size projects in SCADA implementation for electric utilities in India, MEA, SEA. Manage, Support and coordinate project workflows that improve Project efficiency. Plan and manage logistics for project meetings, customer visits, trainings, and project events. Manage, provide support to Project Managers including scheduling meetings, managing & following up action items, coordination etc. Manage, update project plans, cash flow, monthly budgets etc. under guidance of Governance. As a Project Manager, ensuring completion of PM/ PMO Start-up checklist. Work closely on project tasks with other departments and vendors. Assist Project Managers in checking in detail all the back-up quotes etc. during handover process and highlight missing information. Provide relevant and accurate Information to the Management in a way that is understandable so as to support effective decision-making. Delivering, arranging training for New Joiners. Maintaining Project folders and transmittals. Invoice notifications, follow-up for payment, reconciliation etc.

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree from recognized university preferably in CS/IT/Electrical/Electronics. MBA will be an added advantage. 8-10 years’ relevant experience as Project Manager/Co-ordinator/Project Engineer/Project Assistant/Cost Controller /Planner/Operations Executive in Software Industry Sound knowledge of MS Excel. Aptitude to keep things organized and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English. Excellent common sense and business savvy professional Experience in the utility industry/ consultancy will be beneficial. Exposure to Project Environment. Experience in SCADA/Automation domain will be beneficial.
