Job Description

This is a remote position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the firm's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.

  • Operational Excellence and Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and optimize resource allocation across business units.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and ensure seamless execution of operational enhancements.
  • Financial Analysis and Modelling:
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation modelling, financial statement analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Prepare robust financial reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Support deal teams in evaluating potential transactions, conducting due diligence, and assessing financial feasibility.

  • Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all strategic initiatives and operational activities.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with business decisions, recommending appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Project Management and Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, guiding them through all phases of project execution from planning to implementation.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.


Requirements Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a related industry, with a focus on strategy development and operational improvement
  • Having IB deal execution experience will be a big positive.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving results in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • The ability to prioritise projects is a must have.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
