Eram Talent, a leading independent talent acquisition company, is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process solutions for our clients in various industries. You will collaborate with a team of experienced engineers and consultants to deliver innovative solutions that meet the specific requirements and objectives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop process solutions for various industries, including oil and gas, petrochemicals, and manufacturing.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide technical recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
  • Create and analyze process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and other technical documentation.
  • Use simulation software and other tools to model and evaluate process performance.
  • Implement process modifications and improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
  • Perform risk assessments, including HAZOP studies, to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and project management, to ensure successful implementation of process solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in process engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in process engineering role.
  • Oil and gas experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software, such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Experience with HAZOP and other process safety methodologies is a plus.
