Job Overview

Covenant Consultants is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for our office in Pune. This full-time position requires a candidate with a strong product management background and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products and enhance the customer experience through strategic market research and user-centric design.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Product Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in managing product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Technical Background (Mandatory skill): A solid foundation in technical principles, essential for understanding product development.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in applying agile frameworks to manage product lifecycles effectively and adapt to changes swiftly.
  • Market Research: Ability to perform comprehensive market analysis, identifying trends and opportunities to drive product innovation.
  • User Experience Design: Expertise in developing intuitive user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Competence in interpreting complex datasets to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in organizing resources, timelines, and teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Software Development: Understanding of development processes to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and guide product evolution.

  • Lead product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to launch new products and features.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user needs and business value.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate into product development cycles for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the lifecycle of products, from inception to launch, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and inform future strategies.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
