PositionOverview

We are seeking anexperienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with aproven track record in leading technologydriven transformations.The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in developingscalable structures for product/ecommerce businesses managing largeteams and overseeing significant budgets/revenues. This leadershiprole demands a forwardthinking individual who can strategize andimplement technology solutions that support and accelerate ourgrowth objectives.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Defineand execute the technology strategy in alignment with the companysbusiness goals focusing on scalability innovation and customersatisfaction.
  • Lead the developmentand deployment of robust secure and scalable technology solutionsusing Java Python and .NETframeworks.
  • Oversee the entiretechnology department including software development networkinfrastructure and data security ensuring alignment with thecompanys strategicobjectives.
  • Manage and expand a teamof skilled technology professionals fostering a culture of highperformance continuous improvement andinnovation.
  • Collaborate with otherCsuite executives to identify opportunities for leveragingtechnology to drive company growth and competitiveadvantage.
  • Oversee the technologybudget and ensure costeffective design development andimplementation of technologysolutions.
  • Stay abreast of emergingtechnology trends and innovations assessing their applicability tothe companys goals and operationalcapabilities.
  • Drive the developmentand implementation of policies and procedures for technologygovernance compliance and bestpractices.

Qualifications&Experience

  • Minimumof 15 years of experience in technology roles with at least 5 yearsin a senior leadership position overseeing technology strategy andoperations.
  • Proven experience indeveloping scalable technology infrastructures for product orecommerce businesses.
  • Strongtechnical expertise in Java Python and .NETframeworks.
  • Demonstrated ability tolead and manage large teams and handle significantbudgets/revenues.
  • Experience instrategic planning and execution with a track record of leveragingtechnology to achieve businessobjectives.
  • Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of motivating andguiding teams towardssuccess.
  • Bachelors or Masters degreein Computer Science Engineering or a related field. An MBA is aplus.
