JD :
● Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital brand strategy.
● Improve CTR, open rates, audience reach, CAC, RoAS and creative throughput
● Inspire the design team to create engaging and visually compelling marketing material.
● Craft engaging copies for various platforms.
● Own the production of marketing materials to ensure quality and in-time deliveries.
● Analyze brand performance metrics for strategic optimization.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand alignment.
● Drive innovation and introduce new-age tools and practices in brand marketing - design and copywriting.
● Streamline workflows for efficient brand asset creation.
● Maintain brand consistency, quality, and creativity.
● Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.

RequirementsQualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
● 3+ years of digital brand marketing ops experience, focusing on design and copywriting.
● Experience in guiding teams in one or more design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc.).
● Hands-on copywriting experience with a customer-centric mindset is a must.
● Experience in designing performance-based experience will be preferred
● Excellent project management and organizational skills.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
● Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
● Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills are required
● Distinctive analytical and research skills, empowering data-driven insights for optimized brand strategies.
