Must have Calls Emails andChat etiquette to manage Usersprofessionally. Must have InternationalInbound Call handling experience along with Email andChatSupporting skills (Preferably UK). Itmust be technical troubleshootingrelatedexperience. IT Support experience ismust (Calls Chats and Emails). Must haveworked in fast paced IT environment with capability to resolveticket in atimelymanner. Application Support is an addedadvantage. Candidates with Desktop supportnetworksupport server support infrastructuresupport & cloud support experiencearewelcomed. Musthave the ability to navigate through multiple web applicationswhile assisting Users. Ability to prioritiseand manage workload. Experience usingMicrosoft Office Suite
