Job Responsibilities
Work in a truly global environment with colleagues based in Sweden, Greece, Canada, India, and Singapore. Proficiency in financial analysis, including accurately interpreting complex financial data. Expertise in using financial software and tools to streamline data processing and analysis. Agility in adapting to changing financial regulations and market dynamics. Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex accounting issues and discrepancies Assist in preparing tax returns, GST returns, payments, transfer pricing calculations, necessary paperwork, and reports. Assist in ensuring compliance with secretarial matters and coordinate with company secretaries to ensure all forms are filed within the stipulated due dates. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data as per Indian GAAP. Ensure compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities. Offer support and guidance during audits. Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden. Research new & existing legislation and industry trends as well as automation within Tax technology area Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.Requirements
Bachelor’s / Masters’s degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 6-7 years’ experience as a Senior accountant or similar role. Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software. Excellent communication and presentation skills in verbal and written English Knowledge of Income tax, GST and Companies Act, 2013 In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes. Ethical behavior and attention to detail with excellent analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, as part of a multinational team Ability to prioritize well, multi-task and meet deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement attitude-
