Job Overview


We are seeking a Female Company Secretary with Junior level experience to join our team. As a Company Secretary, you will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth functioning of the company. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Company Secretary.
  • Knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents, including annual returns and board resolutions.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and legal documents.
  • Coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the company's corporate records and files.
  • Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents and contracts.
  • Manage the company's secretarial and administrative functions.
