Join our team as a Release Train Engineer and play a crucial role in steering our Agile Release Train (ART) within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). What You'll Do:

Lead with Agility: Direct our ART with a focus on agile and lean practices. Your leadership will ensure our teams work smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality results.

Economic and Strategic Planning: Take charge of economic decision-making, improving estimation processes for features and capabilities, and setting priorities to improve delivery value.

Promote Continuous Growth: Encourage a culture of innovation and improvement, leading the ART in identifying and implementing strategies to enhance performance.

Solve Problems: Quickly identify and resolve impediments, ensuring nothing blocks the ART's progress.

Build a Lean-Agile Culture: Inspire the adoption of Lean-Agile principles within the ART, fostering an environment of adaptability and learning.

Streamline Delivery: Efficiently manage the flow of value, enhancing our delivery processes for better outcomes.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product Managers, Owners, and other ARTs, ensuring alignment and effective resolution of dependencies.

Showcase Achievements: Organize and lead demonstrations to highlight progress and gather feedback for ongoing improvement.

Mentor and Support: Offer guidance and support to Agile Teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, promoting professional development and mastery of SAFe principles.
