Overview:


Weare seeking a talented and experienced Data Management Coordinatorto join our Supply Chain Management team for a key project withinthe Automobile industry. This role is critical to ensuring theefficient and accurate flow of data related to various supply chainactivities ultimately supporting the smooth operation of ourbusiness processes. The ideal candidate will possess stronganalytical skills exceptional attention to detail and a deepunderstanding of Supply Chain principles particularly within thecontext of the Automobileindustry.


Responsibilities:


1.Purchase Order(PO)Management:

Generate andmaintain Purchase Orders for Parts and Tires ensuring accuracy initem descriptions quantities pricing and deliveryschedules.

Collaborateclosely with procurement teams and vendors to reconcile anydiscrepancies and expedite orderprocessing.


2.Product CodeActivation andMaintenance:

Coordinate theactivation of product codes in the system working closely withcrossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with productspecifications and pricingagreements.

Regularly reviewand update product codes as needed to reflect changes in inventoryor pricingstructures.


3.PO VolumeManagement:

Manage a highvolume of Purchase Orders approximately 700 per week with a focuson maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout theprocess.

Monitor orderstatus proactively identify potential delays or issues and takeappropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure ontimedelivery.


4.ContainerOrdering andLogistics:

Facilitate theordering and logistics coordination for containers optimizingshipping schedules and transportation routes to minimize costs andmaximizeefficiency.

Work closelywith logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolveany deliveryrelated issues in a timelymanner.


5.Electronic DataInterchange (EDI)Ordering:

Oversee the EDIordering process managing data exchanges with vendors and ensuringseamless integration with internalsystems.

Troubleshoot EDIissues and collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions andenhancements to improve processefficiency.


6.JustinTime (JIT)InventoryManagement:

Support JITinventory management practices by monitoring inventory levelsanalyzing demand patterns and coordinating replenishment orders tomaintain optimal stocklevels.

Collaborate withproduction teams to synchronize supply and demand and minimizeexcess inventory holdingcosts.
