The Job
Our client is seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and driving sales of our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into clients.
- Client Interaction:
- Explain digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
- Answer client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and processes.
- Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with clients.
- Sales Targets:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on performance and challenges.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for senior sales representatives.
The Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 0-2 years in telesales, customer service, or a related field (experience in digital marketing is a plus).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive and confident over the phone.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
