ARCS Consultant

Overview:The ARCS(Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Consultant plays a criticalrole in implementing and configuring Oracles ARCS solutions forclients to streamline their financial close process. As an ARCSConsultant you will work closely with clients to understand theirreconciliation needs and provide expert guidance to ensure thesuccessful implementation and adoption of ARCS. Your expertise infinance coupled with Oracles ARCS platform knowledge will beinstrumental in driving efficiency and accuracy in financialreconciliation for our clients.KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate withclients to gather and analyze their reconciliationrequirements
• Design and configure ARCSsolutions to meet specific client needs
• Provideexpert guidance on best practices for financial closeprocesses
• Conduct workshops and trainingsessions for clients on ARCS functionality
• Leadand support the implementation of ARCSmodules
• Develop custom reports and dashboardsto provide insights into reconciliationactivities
• Assist in data migration andintegration efforts
• Resolve any technical orfunctional issues that arise during theimplementation
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure successful projectdelivery
• Stay updated on the latest ARCSfeatures and functionalities
• Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of ARCS implementationmethodologies
• Provide postimplementationsupport and troubleshootingassistance
• Participate in presales activitiesby providing ARCS expertise andinsights
• Document solutions processes and bestpractices
• Ensure compliance with projecttimelines and budgets

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting or a relatedfield
• Demonstrated experience in implementingand configuring Oracles ARCS solutions
• Thoroughunderstanding of financial close processes and reconciliation bestpractices
• Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud andrelated modules
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities
• Ability to managemultiple projects and prioritieseffectively
• Experience in conducting workshopsand training sessions
• Knowledge of datamigration and integrationmethodologies
• Certification in Oracle ARCS orrelated technologies is preferred
• Understandingof industryspecific compliancerequirements
• Ability to travel to client sitesas needed
• Proven track record of successfulARCS implementations and clientsatisfaction
• Knowledge of scripting languagessuch as SQL or Groovy is aplus
