  • Handle policy renewals and follow upon pending payments
  • Participate in training andprofessional development activities to enhanceskills

Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Finance or a related field
  • Proven workexperience as an Insurance Agent or in a similarrole
  • Strong understanding of insurance productsservices and regulations
  • Excellent sales andnegotiation skills
  • Proficient in using CRMsoftware and MS Office Suite
  • Outstandingcommunication and interpersonalabilities
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
  • Detailoriented with strongorganizational and time managementskills
  • Active insurance agent license in thestate of operation
  • Ability to analyze clientscurrent insurance policies and suggestimprovements
  • Knowledge of different types ofinsurance coverage and their benefits
  • Proventrack record of meeting or exceeding salestargets
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment
  • Strong ethicalstandards and adherence to confidentialityguidelines
  • Certifications in insurance sales orrelated field is aplus
