Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Curriculum & Content Developer to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Curriculum & Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing curriculum materials and educational content for our educational institutions. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Parel, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in curriculum development and content creation
  • Strong knowledge of educational theories, principles, and practices
  • Proficiency in content development tools and software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing educational needs and requirements
  • Passion for education and dedication to providing quality learning experiences


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and develop curriculum materials for various educational streams
  • Create engaging and interactive educational content for students
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy in the curriculum
  • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest educational trends and best practices
  • Adapt curriculum materials based on feedback and evaluation
  • Contribute to curriculum innovation and development of new teaching strategies
  • Support teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively
  • Provide training and guidance to teachers on content delivery and usage
  • Ensure alignment of curriculum with educational standards and requirements
  • Manage and organize curriculum materials and resources
