We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Program and Project Management I to join our Transformation team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra – HYBRID mode.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Defines roles and responsibilities of the initiative team.
  • Works with all key stakeholders to develop business cases and/or statements of work, including initiative justification and measurable benefits.
  • Directs all work performed in support of the strategic initiatives they are responsible for.
  • Manages activities such as reporting, planning, issue/risk identification, tracking and resolution, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, for initiatives of varying business complexity.
  • Reports and escalates progress/issues to management, as needed.
  • Contributes to vendor and client relations to ensure that expectations are developed and met.
  • Maintains regular contact with clients and coordinates and reports on progress and accomplishments.
  • Plans for and executes on the rollout of the solution.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5 - 10 years of total work experience. Securities, financial products and/or the finance industry experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of change management experience. 
  • Professional maturity (Ability to manage stakeholders w/confidence)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Coachability/willingness to learn
  • Preferred (but not mandatory) to have MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel), JIRA, GitHub, MS Project Mgr or comparable software, familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Sharepoint, etc., Familiarity with or interest in Agile
