Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ProcurementAnalyst to join our expanding Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP)team. Years of Experience 35 years of experience in TechnologyProcurement or a similar analytical role Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred inBusiness Information Systems (or MIS) Economics Finance LegalSupply Chain Management. Four additional years of relevantexperience may be considered in lieu of adegree.
- Certified Professional in SupplyManagement (CPSM) Certified Purchase Manager (C.P.M.) or equivalentcertification(preferred)
- Develop andmaintain reports and dashboards using Power BI RFP 360 Excel andother relevant tools.
- Collaborate with theSourcing & Procurement team and internal stakeholders togather and analyze requirements for reporting and analyticssolutions.
- Support the creation and evaluationof RFPs.
- Support the negotiations andexecution of contracts.
- Managing the storageof all internal contractual documentation ensuring information isaccurate and wellmaintained for easyreporting.
- Tracking and reporting oncontractual commitments for our major vendors
- Managing procurement tools such as spending and RFPtools.
- Creating and tracking orders andrelated to them data such as expiration andcommitment.
- Excellentanalytical presentation communication interpersonal and influencingskills.
- Actionoriented and solutionminded teamplayer with a high degree of selfmanagement.
- Focus on processorientation and have excellent attention todetail.
- Experience with support applicationslike Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Spend Analytics andProcuretoPay (P2P) and SourcetoPay (S2P)
- Logical reasoning analytical and problemsolvingskills/methodology
- Able to work independentlyand as a member of a team.
- Able to balance andprioritize multiple highpriority projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications: Word Excel and PowerPointrequired.
- Strong interpersonaloral and written communication and collaboration skills with alllevels of management
- Strong organizationalskills including the ability to adapt to shifting priorities andmeet frequent deadlines
- Demonstrated aproactive approach to problemsolving with strong judgment anddecisionmaking capability.
- Highly resourcefuland collaborative team player with the ability to also beindependently effective and exude initiative and a sense ofurgency.
