Job Description:
Position: Manager
Experience – 8-10 years on Change Management
Roles and responsibilities of a Change manager
ØApply a structured methodology and lead change management activities -
Leverage a , process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
ØSupport communication efforts -
Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
ØAssess the change impact -
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
ØSupport training efforts -
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of .
ØResponsible to Drive Change Cab Board & Manage the Tools
Additional responsibilities:
ØComplete change management assessments
ØIdentify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
ØIdentify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
ØConsult and coach project teams.
ØCreate actionable deliverables for the core : Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
ØCreate actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Plan
ØSupport and engage senior leaders.
ØCoordinate efforts with other specialists.
Ø
ØManage stakeholders.
ØTrack and report issues
ØDefine and metrics and monitor change progress.
Skills and qualifications of a change manager:
ØA solid understanding of and the change process
ØExperience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
ØExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
ØExcellent active listening skills
ØAbility to clearly articulate messages to a
ØAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships
ØAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
ØFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
ØProblem solving and root-cause identification skills
ØAble to work effectively at all levels of an organization
ØMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
ØAcute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
ØFamiliarity with approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
ØExperience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Ø or designation desired
Qualifications :
·B.Tech / B.E / MCA /Or equivalent
·8-10 years’ experience in Change Management
