Position: Appian Developer / Lead

Experience: 5+ - 15 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 2 - 8 years as an Appian Developer/Lead

Work Mode: Hybrid (10 days WFO in a month)

Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and configuration of Appian-based applications to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

• End-to-End Project Involvement: Manage the full lifecycle of application development, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring high performance and scalability.

• Data Modeling: Create and manage data models, write SQL queries, and develop stored procedures that support application functionality and data integrity.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed within the team.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Appian applications with other systems.

• Documentation & Reusability: Maintain thorough documentation of projects and develop reusable components to optimize future development efforts.

• Enhancements & Support: Handle enhancement requests and provide ongoing support for Appian applications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

• Appian Expertise: Proven experience in Appian application design and development, including process models, interfaces, expression rules, and SAIL components.

• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile development practices, including experience with tools like JIRA for sprint management.

• Data Management: Proficiency in data modeling, SQL queries, and stored procedure development.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient and scalable solutions.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with global teams and business stakeholders.

• Leadership Abilities: Ability to mentor junior developers and lead a development team in delivering high-quality solutions.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements
we need strong CNC’s with Cloud – AWS/Azure/OCI migration experience. Successful Oracle JDE CNC Administrator with Linux Windows Web logic Oracle WCC. Implementation experience of Enterprise One versions 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2 Should have good understanding of Oracle JDE XE 9.X CNC installation Configuration incl. JASHTML Server manager, Web services, Webserver, Enterprise server, environments, etc. Good hands on experience of JDE Upgrade activities like performance of tools release upgrade, upgrading different environments, Surface testing, application release upgrade, etc. User role management, JDE Security management, Task views, CDK tool, Environment copy, etc. Package deployment, Job scheduling in AS400 Universe Atomic JDE Scheduler tools Web client and Fat client management ESUASU management Expertise in Data source management Object configurations mappings Working knowledge on custom path code definition and environments, Job queue, Printer setups Infrastructure setups like Network access, Firewall, installation of mandatory softwares"
