Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Textile Showroom Manager to join our team. As a Textile Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our textile showroom and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job location is Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Attention to detail and strong sales acumen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in Tamil and English

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the textile showroom
• Ensure efficient and effective customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and providing product information
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock replenishment to meet customer demand
• Create attractive displays to showcase the latest textile products and trends
• Supervise and train showroom staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports on showroom performance to management
