JobDescription:
Asa Business Researcher you will be responsible for conductingthorough online research on construction projects both ongoing andupcoming within the Bangalore region. Your primary objective willbe to gather comprehensive data and insights regarding theseprojects collaborating closely with architects developers and otherstakeholders. Additionally you will play a crucial role incompiling and analyzing this information to prepare detailedreports for internal use. Attention to detail analytical skills andthe ability to work effectively within a team are essential forsuccess in thisrole.
KeyResponsibilities:
OnlineResearch on ConstructionProjects:
Utilizevarious online platforms and resources to gather information onconstruction projects within Bangalore.
Identifykey details such as project scope timelines budgets stakeholdersinvolved and any other relevantinformation.
CollaborationwithStakeholders:
Liaisewith architects developers contractors and other stakeholders togather insights into ongoing and upcomingprojects.
Build and maintain relationships withkey contacts within the industry to facilitate data collection andexchange.
ReportPreparation:
Compileresearch findings into detailed reports ensuring accuracy andrelevance.
Present insights and recommendationsderived from research data to aid decisionmaking processes withintheorganization.
DataManagement:
UpdateCRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and data sheets withthe latest information gathered during researchactivities.
Ensure data integrity and consistencyacross all platforms anddocuments.
TargetAchievement:
Developand adhere to daily weekly and monthly targets for conductingresearch activities.
Monitor progress regularlyand take proactive measures to ensure targets are metconsistently.
