RoleOverview

We areseeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead ourVulnerability and Patch Management program. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for ensuring our organization maintains astrong security posture through timely identificationprioritization and remediation of vulnerabilities. This role willinvolve coordinating with multiple stakeholders managing tools forvulnerability assessment tracking progress and sharing key metricsand reports with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Vulnerability and Patch ManagementProgram
o Oversee and managethe endtoend vulnerability managementlifecycle.
o Ensure timelyidentification assessment and remediation of vulnerabilities acrossall systems.
o Collaborate withvarious teams to ensure patches are applied promptly andeffectively.
2. ToolUtilization for Vulnerability and PatchManagement
o Handson experiencewith tools such as:

§QUALYS SEEMPLICITY RAPID7 OR SIMILAR TOOLSFOR VULNERABILITY detection and remediation operations managementreporting

§Working knowledge of Jira ServiceNow andadvanced excel
3. TrackingReporting and Communication

o REGULARLY COMMUNICATE PROGRESS TO KEY STAKEHOLDERSAND LEADERSHIP.

oShare key reports including but not limitedto:
§VulnerabilityExposure Reports: Highlighting open vulnerabilities byseverity.
§PatchCompliance Reports: Tracking patch application rates across theorganization.
§Remediation Progress Reports: Detailing thestatus of remediation efforts timelines and areas ofconcern.
§Risk PostureReports: Providing a comprehensive view of theorganization's security risk related tovulnerabilities.
4. ProcessDefinition and Optimization
oDefine and continuously optimize the vulnerability and patchmanagement processes that aligns with industry bestpractices

oCOLLABORATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS ENGINEERING IT SECURITY ANDPRODUCT TEAMS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS PROCESSEXECUTION.

oPresent vulnerability management and patching status to leadershipin regular cadence.

o IDENTIFY POTENTIAL RISKS AND COMMUNICATE THEMEFFECTIVELY TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP ALONG WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FORMITIGATION.

KeyQualifications:

5years of experience in technical program management with a focus onvulnerability and patch management.
Handson experience with vulnerability management tools(Tenable/Nessus Qualys Rapid7 Microsoft SCCMWSUS).
Strong organizationalcommunication and program managementskills.
Ability to managemultiple stakeholders and drive alignment across variousteams.

PROFICIENCYIN USING JIRA SERVICENOW AND EXCEL FOR TRACKING ANDREPORTING.

Abilityto generate and share meaningful security reports toleadership.
Proven experiencein defining and optimizing processes to enhance securityposture.
