Hyderabad, India JLL Full time

Lead the development of design concepts, space planning, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior workplace design projects. • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives, and translate these into design solutions that are innovative, functional, and on-brand. • Conduct research on new products, materials, and design trends to ensure that design concepts are innovative and relevant. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and intermediate designers to support their professional development. • Contribute to the development of company standards, processes, and best practices. • Develop detailed drawings and specifications, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, and communicate these effectively to project teams. • Review and provide feedback on shop drawings, construction documents, and other project-related materials to ensure that design intent is being met. • Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams to ensure that design solutions are being implemented as intended. • Participate in business development activities, including client presentations, proposal writing, and relationship-building. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project. • Oversee the quality of project deliverables to ensure that they meet or exceed client expectations. • Contribute to the development of workplace design strategies and trends, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry.

Desired experience and technical skills
Required • A degree in interior design or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in workplace interior design. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of workplace design trends, building codes, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to completion.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of
attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior designers and provide
guidance to team members.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Preferred
• Personal values that align with JLL’s values of teamwork, ethics, excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team collaboration skills essential for
team-based working.
• Somebody who is known for getting things done.
• Are you a good team player? You should be able to work well in a multi-cultural,
multilingual team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
