Theideal candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in SAPGovernance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions gatheringrequirements for new addon programs conducting user training andsupporting Level 2 and Level 3tickets.
KeyResponsibilities:
GRCConsulting: Provide expert consultingservices in SAP GRC module including Access Control Process Controland Risk Management. Assist in the designand implementation of SAP GRC solutions tailored to theorganizations needs. Analyse and evaluatebusiness processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP GRCcapabilities. Configures standard GRCfunctionalities and workflows on SAP GRC Access ControlModules. Performs GRC Master Data set upuser and GRC specific roles. Monitors systemjobs related to GRC and Audit related logs.Assists with Periodic Review of users and roles in thesystem. Updates SAP Security andauthorization on multiple SAP systems. AlignSAP security profile authorizations with controls to ensurecompliance with Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Sensitive Accesswhile providing the minimum access required meeting businessneeds. Executes SAP GRC functions andconfiguration as required to Audit and Compliance initiatives. Provides information in relation to Auditand/or Security related information oractivities.RequirementsGathering: Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand and document requirements for new SAP GRC addonprograms. Conduct workshops and meetings togather detailed business requirements and translate them intofunctional specifications.User Training andSupport: Develop and deliver comprehensivetraining programs for endusers on SAP GRC functionalities and bestpractices. Provide ongoing support to usersaddressing and resolving issues in a timelymanner. Handle Level 2 and Level 3 supporttickets ensuring effective resolution of complexissues. ProjectManagement: Lead team in SAP GRCrelatedprojects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with businessobjectives. Coordinate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of SAP GRCsolutions. ContinuousImprovement: Stay updated with the latestdevelopments in SAP GRC and relatedtechnologies. Recommend and implementenhancements and updates to improve system efficiency and userexperience. RequiredSkills and Experience: Minimum of 35 yearsof experience in SAP GRC consulting.Proficient in SAP GRC Access Control Process Control and RiskManagement modules. Strong understanding ofbusiness processes and risk managementprinciples. Excellent analyticalproblemsolving and communication skills.Minimum of 45 years practical SAP GRC Implementation andsupport. Education Level: Bachelors degreein MIS / Business / IT or a similar subject with strong exposure toinformation technology. Professionalaccreditation in one or more of areas: Information Systems Audit(CISA) SAP BASIS SAP Authorization SAP Security SAP GRC AccessControl Shows proficiency in the following:SAP GRC tools and audit. SAP Security Development SAP Audit HREmployee Systems S/4 Hana Security SAP FioriPreferredQualifications: SAP GRC certification: SAPCertified Application Associate SAP AccessControl Experience in handling L2 and L3support tickets. Good English andinternational projectcommunication.
