  • Coordinating withinventory control to determine and manage inventoryneeds.
  • Managing the maintenance ofoffice/manufacturing equipment andmachinery.
  • Ensuring that allprocured items meet the required quality standards andspecifications.
  • Preparing costestimates and managingbudgets.
  • Working to improvepurchasing systems andprocesses.
  • Training new employees inthe purchasing process and how to use the purchasingsystem.
PurchasingManagerRequirements:
  • Degree inbusiness administration or a relatedfield.
  • Experience as a purchasingmanager or in a similarposition.
  • Deep knowledge ofinventory and supply chainmanagement.
  • Supervisory andmanagement experience.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and purchasingsoftware.
  • Excellent communicationskills both written andverbal.
  • Strong critical thinking andnegotiation skills.
  • Strong planningand organizational skills.
  • Abilityto workindependently.
