Dzukou is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the smooth operation of our ecommerce platform and deliver an exceptional online shopping experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving online sales.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management
  • Optimize website content and layout to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions
  • Implement and oversee effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Ensure the smooth integration of our ecommerce platform with other systems and platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms and driving online sales
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, including SEO, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media advertising
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
