6-8 years' experience in Duck Creek Policy Admin System on P&C / Commercial/ Specialty InsuranceLeads a QA team responsible for ensuring the quality of system configurations against product requirementsAnalyzes new requirements and uses cases to develop test approach and deliverablesDevelops, maintains and executes automated testing scripts using several automation frameworksDevelops, updates, and maintain testing standards and proceduresDevelops test coverage approach and maintains test plan in test management toolReports test-planning and test-execution progress, defect tracking, sprint and release level quality and risk statusLeads the release management and quality process to validate that solutions meet business requirementsConducts root cause analysis, triages and validates fixes
