We’re seeking afuture team member for the role of Senior Director, Headof India Data & Analytics to join ourBNY  team. This role is in Chennai–HYBRID.

  • Strong communication and presentationskills (both verbally and in writing); able to articulate complexinformation in a clear and simple manner to a variety ofaudiences
  • Strong negotiation and influencingskillsConsummate professional; able to navigate a matrixedorganization

 

 

You will be Successful IfYou:

  • Support Regional BNY D&A clients by strategizing, overseeing, and directingall short- and long-term tasks and initiatives across diverse teamsincluding sales, marketing, implementation, support, andoperations.
  • Spearhead and champion thebuildout of India as a “vertical” pillar in our D&Astrategy
  • Responsible for all facets of peopleand operations management in the shared service centre (SSC)environment, including partner management, IT support and otherservice lines. 
  • Successfully leadsspecialists in diverse areas - both the individual contributors andother people managers.
  • Deliver superiorresults in the Global Talent management and development projectthat spanned six business lines and 12 global locations.
  • Partner closely with key stake holders, and companysenior management to evaluate and report on India growthstrategy.
  • Function as the India Risk Champion,the India Innovation Champion
  • Partners withother business development leaders across the firm.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum offifteen (15) years in Sales/Relationship Management, ClientService, or Account Management in FinancialServices/Technology/FinTech
  • Bachelor's degreein business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experiencerequired; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Possess established relationships within/across industryand with clients at c-suite level
