Job Description: UI Developer(React.js)Location:HyderabadExperience:3 yearsRoleOverview: We are seeking a skilled UI Developer withstrong expertise in React.js and related frontend technologies suchas TypeScript HTML CSS and JavaScript. The ideal candidate shouldhave a solid understanding of modern UI development principles andpractices with experience in mentoring junior developersparticularly in React.js.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developrobust and maintainable user interfaces using React.js andTypeScript.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UIdesigners product managers and backend developers to implementversatile frontend solutions.
  • Mentor and guidejunior developers particularly in React.js providing technicalexpertise and best practices.
  • Lead and activelyparticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence tocoding standards.
  • Work closely withcrossfunctional teams to understand business requirements andtranslate them into technical requirements and implementationplans.
  • Help in conceptualizing and developingUI architecture.
  • Stay updated with the latesttrends and best practices in UI development and share knowledgewithin theteam.
Required SkillsandExperience:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • 3 years of professional experience infrontend development.
  • Strong proficiency inReact.js and its core principles.
  • Experiencewith TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 andJavaScript.
  • Familiarity with backendtechnologies/frameworks such as Nest.js is aplus.
  • Proven track record of building anddelivering complex web applications.
  • Experiencein mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative teamenvironment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skillsand ability to troubleshoot complexissues.
  • Strong communication skills with theability to articulate technical concepts clearly andeffectively.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Experiencewith responsive design and developmenttechniques.
  • Knowledge of state managementlibraries such as Redux or MobX.
  • Familiaritywith testing frameworks such as Jest Enzyme orCypress.
  • Experience with version controlsystems (e.g. Git).
  • Understanding of Agilemethodologies.
