Inviting Applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Technical Trainer - Service Now

In this role, you will be the technical owner and manage a team of developers, assign their tasks and provide technical guidance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment trainer with leadership experience who can strategize training and conduct training.
• Trainer must address Gap between self-paced training to becoming project worthy.
• Trainer should ensure how to Evaluate current skill. create an Evaluation sheet.
• Guide during training - Technology impediments. 
• Compile external YouTube, ServiceNow videos, trainings, Work with Architects to create videos that are not available.
• The technical trainer with experience providing training to technical resources.
• Deliver technical training on Service Now modules like ITSM, ITAM, ITOM etc.
• Well versed with Service Now learning paths on NOW learning portal.
• Contribute to ongoing definition of best development and solution practices.
• Lead training workshops as mean to spread experiences gained across the practice.
• Creates and maintains a technical documentation and presentations. 
• Provide assignments to resources and evaluate their outputs.
• Mentor resources and guide them on good development guidelines.
• Mentor and provide career path for junior resources.
• Maintain KRA’s and review them monthly to check progress by junior developers.
• Mentor Senior developers on their growth path and review their progress month on month.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant training knowledge and experience in handling minimum batch of 25
• Relevant experience Service Now and Functional Knowledge
• Well verse in one of the scripting skills like JavaScript, Angular JS (1.X), Angular Provider, Angular Templates, Bootstrap 3 framework, CSS, HTML
• Certified CSA and one or more mainline certificates
• Demonstrate prior experience in leading training workshop for technical resources.
• Strong hand-on experience in Java scripting, debugging and deployment. 
• Thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data 
• Understanding of Integrations
• Excellent communication Skills for client facing roles.
• Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps/ TFS / Jira / Rally Etc..
