JobSummary:
Weare seeking a highly skilled Python Lead Developer with experiencein ERP systems to lead our development team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for overseeing the design developmentand implementation of complex software solutions ensuring thehighest levels of performance security and scalability. This rolerequires strong technical expertise excellent leadership skills andthe ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadthe design development and deployment of robust Pythonbasedapplications and ERP solutions.
  • Collaboratewith product managers business analysts and other stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.
  • Mentor and guide juniordevelopers providing technical guidance and best practices toensure highquality code and efficient developmentprocesses.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIsand microservices to support various businessfunctions.
  • Optimize application performancetroubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance systemreliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure the securityand integrity of applications by implementing best practices incoding testing and deployment.
  • Conduct codereviews provide constructive feedback and promote a culture ofcontinuous improvement within the developmentteam.
  • Stay updated with the latest industrytrends technologies and best practices to drive innovation andmaintain a competitiveedge.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsor Master s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or arelated field.
  • Proven experience as a PythonDeveloper with a focus on ERP systems.
  • Strongproficiency in Python programming language and frameworks (e.g.Django Flask).
  • Extensive experience with ERPsystems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite SAP Microsoft Dynamics) and theirintegration.
  • Solid understanding of databasemanagement systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server) and datamodeling.
  • Experience with frontend technologies(e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g. React Angular) is aplus.
  • Proficiency in version control systems(e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiaritywith cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure) andcontainerization technologies (e.g. DockerKubernetes).
  • Strong problemsolving skills andthe ability to work in a fastpaced collaborativeenvironment.
  • Excellent communication andleadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate adevelopmentteam.
