We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Inspector to join our Quality Team on a full-time basis:

Major Responsibilities:

Develop and ensure adherence to schedules and technical milestones for engineering project activities. Work effectively with cross-functional teams during all phases of the toll-gate NPD Process Drive the development and standardization of engineering test plans and technical evaluations that include performance, reliability, regulatory, end of line testing. Ensure product design integrity by verifying that design or process changes do not violate Product Technical Specifications or reduce the quality of products per the NPD tollgate process Work with Project Management to ensure the technical project execution / technical delivery conforms to the NPD tollgate process Responsible for delivering product quality performance as defined in the NPD tollgate process Participate in new product status meetings Review project plans and give input related to PE/R&D activities Participate in design reviews to ensure adherence to design control requirements review drawings for adherence to design inputs Review ECOs to assure that the changes do not violate design controls or affect such things as mating parts or tolerance stack-ups Review each process stage of production and summarize observations, conduct closing meeting with Department Supervisors, enter non-compliances into the CAPA system and follow-up with process owners until CAPA is closed Ensure all design or process changes do not violate Product Technical Specifications or reduce the outgoing quality of products. Demonstrates comprehensive working knowledge of the design control process completing FMEA and Risk analysis Be responsible for leading the development product and Product Technical Specifications based on Product Requirements, FMEA's, risk assessments, and other input documents and ensure conformity to those specifications. Ensure New product launch with Zero defect and Implement Robust process to strengthen the New Products Maintain Zero Defect for 6 Months after Mass production launched. Set clear target of Yield of each process and prove the process capability of critical process before start the serial production. 

Requirements

Academic/Professional: Education BE /Diploma (Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentations, Electronics and Communication Engineering)

Relevant Experience: Min. 4 years Technical Skills/Knowledge IPC , Basic Electronic Knowledge.
