Investigation, documentation, and resolution of issues identified in the reporting/reconciliation process. Execute daily database application reconciliations and understand the data flow within applications. Effectively interact with Business Partners and technology partners to understand the business needs and design solutions. Create business requirements documents, user stories, as well as other supporting artifacts such as business workflows & report mock-ups. Delivery of thorough MAQ/TM1 reporting ensuring accuracy and correctness and transformation of data into information for reporting where needed. Manage project tasks, timeline, risks, and issues. Engage in requirements, gathering, prototyping, design, development, test & deployment activities using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) application. Provide automation feedback to improve the speed of delivery across the program. Support Regulatory audits. Guidance to the team on various issues/problems and groom them. Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
