  • Develop and manage proposal budgets and timelines.
  • Undertake project conceptualisation, identifying the key requirements for developing the proposal.
  • Identify risks and include appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency in the proposal.
  • Plan and manage the quality of deliverables.
  • Accurately estimate the cost and duration of the solution identifying reduced cost methods to deliver outcomes.
  • Develop high quality proposals that meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Develop proposals that adhere to or exclude contract conditions.
  • Manage internal proposal review and approval process.
  • Proposals are submitted on time.
  • Adhere to project and estimation processes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Builds rapport and trust with the customer by demonstrating a genuine care for their needs.
  • Delivers services that delight customers and meets their expectations.
  • Understands and manages the customer’s expectations and how it relates to the scope of work.
  • Deals with customer issues quickly, getting assistance from the right people.
  • Maintains effective communications with customers at all times.
  • Seeks a deep understanding of the customer’s business and sector.
  • Represents the SAGE brand both in attire, appearance and attitude.
  • Adapts to customer processes.



Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the electrical/automation industry.
  • Proven experience in estimation, and profitable delivery, of electrical automation projects.
  • Strong technical, commercial, communication and grammatical skills.
