Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Build foundational data strategy to augment business decisions with intelligence, boost stakeholder engagement & drive digital transformation Build strategic partnerships, manage stakeholder relationships & establish a model master data management system for organizational guidance Define critical KPIs for Master Data Management, including data accuracy, completeness & issue resolution time, to uphold data governance Formulate and implement industry best practices across digital tools and systems, leveraging industry expertise as benchmarks Guide critical data-driven transformation projects, defining strategic pathways to meet essential objectives and drive organizational progress ExperienceIndustry PreferredQualifications•Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. A Master’s Degree in these areas or in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems can be advantageous •Certifications/Diploma - Data management (e.g. Cert. Data Management Professional) or automotive specialties are beneficialGeneral RequirementsDrive Mahindra's digital strategy by charting the course for foundational data and leading transformative efforts in harmony with strategic corporate objectives. Encourage and steer your team to provide exemplary service and strengthen the organization with progressive data governance, achieving excellence with state-of-the-art technology and an advanced governance model. •Bring hands-on experience with auto data, oversees its complexities, value & lead result-driven teams to meet individual & enterprise goals •Proficient in next-gen auto technologies: electric vehicles, autonomous & connected vehicles, focusing on data management implications
