DesiredExperienceRange

10years of postqualification experience in research in Psychology /Counseling Psychology / Quantitative Psychology PsychometricAssessment and counseling of students of schools and highereducational institutions. For Ph.D. holders 8 years ofpostqualificationexperience.

EducationalQualifications

Ph.D./ M.A. / M.Sc. in Psychology with specialization in CounselingPsychology / Quantitative Psychology / Psychometry / similar field.PhDs arepreferred.

RequiredTechnical SkillSet

1.CounselingPsychology

2.Quantitative Psychology /Psychometry

3.Advanced Excel for StatisticalAnalysis

MustHave

1.Extensive knowledge of Counseling Psychology with demonstrableexperience and expertisein

psychologicalresearch; must have published at least 5 papers based on researchworkin

internationalpeer reviewedjournals.

2.Extensive knowledge of Psychometry with demonstrable experience andexpertisein

psychometricassessment development administration andanalysis.

3.Demonstrable knowledge of using Advanced Excel for StatisticalAnalysis.

4.Demonstrable experience in counseling students at schools andhigher educationalinstitutions

orpeople in the age group of1330.

5.Strong analytical and presentationskills.

6.Strong communication and Interpersonalskills

GoodtoHave

1.Demonstrable experience in development of psychometric assessmentswhich are meantfor
