Wells Fargo is seeking a Control Management Manager...
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team to effectively run the risk and control management framework related activities supporting the front line - Finance group
- Lead all risk related activities like issue management, root cause analysis, control design assessment, RCSA and risk measurements
- Be responsible for the control related activities of the region India and Philippines
- Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve their inquiries and complaints
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for aligned functional area or business group
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- 10+ years experience in Risk Management, Business Controls, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Understanding of Finance line of business including budgeting and forecasting, controllership and treasury related activities
- Understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations in India and Philippines
- Leadership experience
- Senior Stake holder management
- Attention to Details
