You will be part of our rapidly growing SAP Commerce practice helping to shape and deliver the right outcomes for our clients. Working with our SAP Commerce practice you will deliver market-defining SAPCommerce projects across various SAP Commerce Clouds. You will operate across the project lifecycle from discovery through to development, test, training, and post-implementation support.

The core responsibilities are:
Development of client solutions
• Participate in the discovery phase and provide an estimation of the business requirements.
• Planning and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project execution as per
technical and functional specifications.
• Reviewing technical requirements and adapting those into an SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Communicating with client business to fully understand client expectations.
• Participating in and leading code-review sessions to identify potential project bottlenecks and
suggest solutions.
• Engagement in technical design discussions, requirement analysis, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Commerce and associated software applications.
• Managing technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions.
• Providing hands-on support in software/application architecture, development, design, independent
analysis, and problem resolution.
• SAP Commerce setup, configuration, customization, data Migration, and deployment of applications
to Sap Commerce platform
• Providing guidance to clients and developers over technology, processes, and applications while
updating them on regular project-related developments.
• Effectively troubleshoot production issues and do root cause analysis
• Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the continued
development of existing team members.
• Build and promote a positive working environment for the team.

• Effectively manage team members in line with company policy and procedures,including performance, development, disciplinary, and conflict resolution with effective feedback


Commercial
• Supporting Presales during the development of new business with new or existing clients


General
• Participate in recruitment activities where necessary.
• Maintain certification in SAP Commerce.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills, with a fantastic can-do attitude.
• Self-driven, with an aptitude to learn and keep up with the latest in SAP Commerce.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum 4 years’ experience developing on the SAP Commerce/Hybris including:
• Strong experience in SAP B2C and B2B Commerce development with at least two years of
experience in SAP B2B implementation
• Excellent expertise in ecommerce tools & technologies such as Hybris, Java / J2EE, Spring
framework including spring-core, spring MVC, spring-ws, spring-data, spring-security,
JavaScript, JSP, REST / SOAP APIs, JUnit, Angular, CSS & HTML 5
• Hands-on experience in build automation (Ant) and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• Clear Understanding on SAP Commerce/hybris data modelling, Data hub, CPQ, cockpit design,
Impex, Flexible Search, Workflow, Process Engines
• Experience in creating junit tests that provide more than just code coverage.
• Experience in performance tuning of SAP Hybris applications and writing high performance code
• Experience in addressing quality / security issues in tools like SonarQube, Coverity, etc
• Experience in Application Performance Monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace
• Good exposure towards test-driven development while using the industry best practices with an
ability to write new test suites
• Produce code that is easy to read and maintain.
• Proven track record in software development environments and experiences of end-to-end project
lifecycles.
• Proficient in co-coordinating with teams and clients across different time zones.
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
• Overall, 8 to 12 Years of IT experience.
Desirable Experience & Knowledge
• Good knowledge or development experience in AJAX, or equivalent JS Framework
• Experience in Spartacus
• Sap Commerce Developer Certification
