As a Senior Marketing Analyst at Monotype, you'll become the data wizard behind impactful marketing campaigns. You'll leverage your SQL and data warehousing expertise (AWS & Snowflake) to analyze performance, manage marketing data, and craft insightful reports and dashboards that illuminate the true impact of marketing efforts. This cross-functional role will put you at the heart of Monotype's marketing engine, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure data-driven decision making.

What you’ll be doing:

• Mine marketing data, uncover hidden trends, and identify opportunities for improvement using SQL and data warehousing tools.

• Deep dive into campaign performance across channels, measuring ROI and attributing success to specific initiatives.

• Design and build interactive dashboards that visualize key metrics and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms, eliminating data defects and promoting data reliability.

• Partner with business & marketing teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.

• Craft compelling reports and presentations that communicate complex data insights in a clear and impactful way.

• Continuously learn and explore new marketing technologies and data analysis tools to stay ahead of the curve.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience with BI, analytics tools, SQL and insight delivery.

• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing (AWS & Snowflake).

• Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, CJA, Marketo, Salesforce).

• Expertise in BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.

• Data Migration and Connection • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.

• Process-driven mindset with a keen eye for data accuracy and consistency.

• Additional knowledge of Python and familiarity with general marketing tech stacks is a plus.
