KeySkills and Experience required for thisrole:
  • Minimumof 4 years of experience as Microsoft D365 Business Central/NAVFinance/ Supply chain consultant.
  • Minimum 4years of D365 Business Central/NAV implementation experience withparticipation in all the stages of the projectlifecycle.
  • Should have completed at least 2endtoend Business Centralimplementations.
  • Should be well versed withMicrosofts ERP implementationmethodology.
  • Should have worked on dataupload/migration activity in D365 BusinessCentral/NAV.
  • Experience in the requirementgathering process and interacting withclients.
  • Expert in writing Functionalspecifications Gap documentation and trainingmaterials.
  • Strong Functional AnalyticalPresentation Documentation and Trainingskills.
  • Experience of LS Central will be anaddedadvantage.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Workingwith customers to facilitate the implementation and support of D365Business Central/NAV Manufacturing/supply chain and Master Planningmodules using industry bestpractices.
  • Collaborate with customers tocapture/document business requirements and conduct gap analysispreparing predesign documentation aswell.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve thefunctionality of the solution tightening the interfaces andenhancing the acceptance of D365 BusinessCentral/NAV.
  • Design configuration and testingof core D365 Business Central/NAV Production/ supply chain as wellas Master Planning module.
  • Defining D365Business Central/NAV enhancement requirements for reports andbusiness processes/forms etc. that a developer can use for D365Business Central/NAV enhancements.
  • Testingenhancements for customer acceptance andaccuracy.
  • Providing general usability guidanceand preparation reference material for endusers.
  • Actively working with all involved tomitigate risks by maintaining a projectplan.
  • Conduct training sessions and produceuser documentation.
