Our office is in Gurgaon, India. This role will be a hybrid in-office / remote position, with the expectation of at least two (2) days per week in the office.

About the role:

The Consumer Marketing Team at TMB is looking for a Marketing Manager. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, and be responsible for email and site campaign setup, execution and analytics; creative requests supporting all owned and earned marketing placements; and admin functions as needed. 

About you:

The ideal candidate for this role is able to juggle multiple projects at once and has an analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of direct marketing principles. In addition, you possess a collaborative spirit and have strong presentation and communication skills and thrive on an opportunity to present to senior leadership and build relationships.

Your day-to-day: Work with manager to setup digital campaigns and email plans, execute, and provide campaign reporting, managing the campaign timeline and creative tickets via JIRA Perform independent campaign analysis and performance tracking, creating hypotheses and optimization opportunities for future campaigns, looking into trends and identifying potential discrepancies and errors Proactively identify and evaluate new campaign opportunities and convert them into short-term or long-term projects Prepare campaign/monthly reporting and re-forecasting of campaign results as needed Collaborate actively with broader marketing, creative and data teams to ensure successful execution of day-to-day activities and campaigns Submit creative tickets via JIRA and work with editors to deliver high-quality promotional assets in support of all owned and earned marketing Participate in departmental or cross-team meetings to communicate results and issues Execute reporting using advanced media valuation analysis and calculations in Microsoft Excel, using functions such as pivot tables, vlookups, IF formulas and data filters You have: BA (Marketing or Business Administration) required 3-4+ years’ experience in Consumer Marketing as an analyst or marketerPrior media and/or subscription experience is preferred but not required Experience with campaign performance analytics such as but not limited to variance to plan analysis, Indices / test result analysis and Profit / LTV analysis Problem-solving skills, with an exceptional ability to digest new information, master new techniques and translate knowledge to others in a fast-paced environment An ability to prioritize and organize issues / projects for self, internal team, and external partners An attention to detail and keen eye for creative, both video and still Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills Experience in Google Analytics, Looker, and any BI tool a plus Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint About this team:
