This individual will lead a team ofdevelopers and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance andoptimize the ITSM platform ensuring its alignment withorganizational goals and best practices. The ServiceNow ITSM LeadDeveloper will also provide technical expertise and guidance toteam members drive innovation and contribute to the continuousimprovement of ITSM capabilities.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead the designdevelopment and implementation of ServiceNow ITSMsolutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirements and ensure solution alignment with businessneeds.
  • Provide technical leadership andguidance to a team of developers.
  • Contribute tothe planning and execution of ITSM enhancements andupgrades.
  • Develop and maintain technicaldocumentation and artifacts.
  • Conduct codereviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and bestpractices.
  • Identify opportunities for processoptimization and automation withinITSM.
  • Participate in the evaluation andselection of new ServiceNow features andaddons.
  • Support system testing deployment andpostimplementation activities.
  • Resolvetechnical issues and provide handson troubleshootingsupport.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow bestpractices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate ITSM with other systems andprocesses.
  • Provide training and mentorship tojunior developers.
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement and innovation of ITSMcapabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with securityand governance policies.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • 5 years of experience in ServiceNowdevelopment with a focus on ITSM.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNowplatform.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTMLCSS and AngularJS.
  • Experience with relationaldatabases and SQL.
  • ServiceNow CertifiedImplementation Specialist (CIS) IT ServiceManagement.
  • Proven experience leading andmentoring development teams.
  • Ability totranslate business requirements into technicalsolutions.
  • Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge ofITIL framework and IT service delivery bestpractices.
  • Experience with ServiceNowintegration and API development.
  • Strongproblemsolving and analyticalabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced collaborative environment.
  • ServiceNowCertified Application Developer (CAD) is aplus.
  • Experience with Agile developmentmethodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks and projectssimultaneously.
