Automotive consulting practice. We are a team of advisoryconsultants & product managers working for global

Automotive clients to create significantbusiness value. The team leverages their technology savviness

functional expertise to lead and executedigital transformation initiatives.

We arelooking for an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with a strongbackground in industryspecific

SCM solutionsand ERP systems particularly in modules such as MM (MaterialsManagement) PP

(Production Planning) QM(Quality Management) PM (Plant Maintenance) and LE (LogisticsExecution).

Experience in project and programmanagement is a significant plus.

KeyResponsibilities

Subject Matter Expertise:

Provide expert advice on supply chainprocesses and SCM solutions.

Implement andenhance ERP systems focusing on modules like MM PP QM PM and LE.

Assess and improve supply chain workflows toincrease efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integrationof SCM and ERP systems.

Lead and manageprojects/programs aimed at continuous improvement.

Train and mentor Clients and team members on bestpractices and system usage.

Develop andmaintain documentation related to supply chain processes andsystems.

Consulting engagements:

Execute digital transformation engagements

oExecute transformations in agile mode owning &maintaining backlog

oDrive requirementsprioritization

oDrive technology UX &ML teams to achieve deliverables in each sprint

oWork with partners to enable & achieve sprintdeliverables

Ensure successful delivery ofadvisory engagements

Enhance & improveclient engagement through Industry/functional expertise ofAutomotive domain

Problem Solving and SolutionBuilding:

Develop deep insights into Clientissues based on past subject matter expertise.

Bring intellectual leadership to solve client challenges

Develop recommendations and drive team effort towardsadvanced digital solutions in the Automotive

domain

Understand industry trends andprovide thought leadership

Leadership &Practice Development:

Interact & workwith senior client leaders enable digital transformations

Generate pull through for IT services businessfrom consulting engagements

Leverage Cognizantcapabilities & solution offerings for sales and execution

Generate proactive proposals to address clientissues

Guide teams on proposal &presentation creation and positioning

Leadpractice operations in terms of revenue profitability and worktowards achievement of goals

Maintainprofitability targets for the Consulting assignments

ProfessionalQualifications and Skills

7 to 10 years ofprofessional experience

Bachelor’sdegree required; MBA preferred

Extensiveindustry experience with SCM solutions and ERP systems (MM PP QM PMLE)

Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

Exposure to AutomotiveIndustry through core experience or through digital productdelivery for

automotive clients is preferred

Experience in agile methodology

Business analysis and requirements gathering

Project/Program Management experience is a plus
