Job Responsibilities

Individually handle Import or Export operations without demurrage or Detention Ensure the daily meetings with Custom broker and Forwarder to clear the shipments in time. Service invoices to be received from the Service provider on time. Documentation and archiving to be maintained. Work closely with Stakeholders to understand and work towards the business requirement.

Background & Skills

Has hands-on 3-4 years for in import and export custom clearance. Complete freight forwarding activity and customer experience. Hands on experience in Trade compliance activities like deriving HS code, understand and interpret explanatory notes, customs manual, FTP, schemes Has general knowledge of logistics operations related to special economic zones(free trade zone), bonded warehouse, or import bonded operation. You should preferably have experience with analytics and good in Excel. Shown analytical skills and ability to look at operational data and reports daily, understand the broader context of issues, and take effective steps to root cause and resolve scenarios or inspire change with the partners. Experience working with and delivering to cross-functional partners. Great Teammate, adaptable, flexible, and forward-thinking to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment that undergoes constant change. Can work with minimum supervision. Good written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills Ability to work towards timelines is important. Knowledge in SAP is added advantage.
